Ready to Move Forward

Let's make it official.

You've got a proposal and you're ready to start. Here's exactly how confirming a project works: review it, approve it, pay your deposit, and I get to work.

The Process

From proposal to kickoff.

Once we've agreed on scope and budget, here's what happens between that conversation and me actually starting work.

You get a proposal

Based on what we talked through, I put together a written agreement covering deliverables, timeline, revision rounds, and cost. Nothing in it should be a surprise. It's a record of what we already agreed on.

Written agreement Clear scope

Review it, fully

Read through the scope, timeline, revision rounds, and payment terms. Ask questions before you sign anything. I'd rather clear things up now than have an awkward conversation mid-project.

No pressure Ask anything first

Approve it

Reply confirming you're good to go. No printing, scanning, or in-person meeting required. Online e-signature is on the way, but a written yes over email locks it in just as well for now.

Just reply Takes a couple minutes

Pay your deposit

I'll send a PayPal invoice for the 50% deposit straight to your email, no account required on your end to pay. That locks in your start date. The remaining 50% comes due when I deliver the final files.

I get to work

Once it's signed and the deposit clears, your project kicks off on the timeline we agreed on. You'll hear from me with next steps and when to expect the first round of work.

Have a proposal in hand?

For now, confirming a project happens the simple way: reply to your proposal email to approve it, and I'll send your deposit invoice directly through PayPal. No separate portal or login to create.
